a mixed experience
chipped tiles unreliable lock
the location offered free parking which was convenient.
the room looked quite worn i noticed chipped tiles in the shower and the taps were difficult to use the door lock also seemed unreliable i could hear a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms especially when they were busy.

my stay included flavorful dinner at the restaurant. the menu presented diverse options. the food tasted fresh. the chef deserves praise. the quiet location away from busy roads contributed to a peaceful ambiance. i appreciate that. reception addressed staffing issues efficiently. a dedicated lady handled things well.
The room felt slightly dated with fewer plug sockets. the bathroom was LOVELY.

The reception staff looked efficient upon arrival.
The parking system is awful and operated by a third party company. My car registration was not registered properly. I received a penalty charge despite the hotel having my details. The hotel said they would take care of it, but Parking Eye still wants an admin fee.

The rooms were AMAZING!!! i booked three rooms and all of them were super clean. the beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were very clean. the hotel staff were helpful. They were attentive and polite. the breakfast selection was vast.

the staff were cute and friendly at reception. the gym included treadmills and stationary bikes. breakfast had a wide range of options available each morning. i found the bed comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep after work.
i noticed a fair few television channels had no signal in my refurbished room. this was a minor inconvenience . i think it should be checked.
